1. Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Products
Due to the custom nature of bespoke and made-to-measure products (including but not limited to fitted wardrobes, bespoke furniture, and custom joinery), we enforce a strict no-returns policy once production has commenced or products have been delivered. All custom measurements and designs must be approved before work begins.
2. Scheduling & Delays
We pride ourselves on reliability and always strive to meet scheduled start dates. However, in the construction and carpentry trades, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause a project to overrun.
We are not liable for delays caused by previous jobs overrunning. In such events, we will communicate any delays promptly and will be with you as soon as we complete the prior job. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure every customer receives our full attention and quality of work.
3. Payment & Invoicing
For large projects and bespoke items, a deposit may be required before work or manufacturing commences. Final payment is due upon successful completion of the agreed work. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your initial quotation.
4. Priority Subscription Services
If you are a member of our Priority Support Subscription plans, specific terms regarding call-out times, OOH (Out of Hours) responses, and minimum terms apply. Please refer to the Subscription Small Print for full details on these specific plans.
