Subscription Terms & Conditions (The Small Print):

  • Minimum Term: All subscription plans are subject to a minimum 12-month contract. Early cancellation fees may apply.
  • Response Time: Priority response is a target for urgent issues (storm damage, access issues) and is subject to team availability, adverse weather, and traffic conditions. We cover Cardiff & Caerphilly (CF postcodes).
  • Out of Hours (OOH): Defined as 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM Monday-Friday, plus all day Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.
  • Parts & Materials: Plans cover labour/call-out fees only as specified. Parts are NOT included and will be charged separately at standard retail rates.
  • Fair Usage: "No Extra Fees" on the Premium plan is subject to a fair usage policy of up to 3 emergency call-outs per year and a maximum of 2 hours labour per call-out. Additional time charged at standard rates.
  • Exclusions: Pre-existing issues known prior to membership are excluded. Bespoke Furniture specific cover applies to installations we have maintained.
